Because of the fear of being kicked out, i woul like for my identity to stay secret..... I have been living in this appartment for over a year. When i first moved here i was told that all the miner issues such as bugs and other repairs in the appartment would be taken care with in two months this was back in November of last year. it has been 8 months of being here and nothing has been done in regards to repairs and the infestation of roaches. Every night when the light goes on in the appartment you can see literaly more roches then anything else all over the appartment. As you can see in the few pictures i posted that it is a serious health hazard for not just me but every body else in the complex. The appartments name is the Chester Village Town Homes Located in the corner of Chester Ave and 2nd street. In the time that i have been here i have see at least 15 to 20 people move in and move out with in 2 weeks of being in their appartment. I have submited many writen requestes for repairs and the only answer i get is we will deal with it as soon as we get to you, and it has been like that for almost a year....i am not the only unhappy tenant here many people feel the same way, but there are not that many places that will rent an appartment with out a credit check. I believe that because of the easy access to an appartment here, management thinks that we will not say or do anything about it but it has been way to long and it is impossble to live in this conditions.
