Has anyone seen the swastikas on the lamp posts at White Ln and Ashe? Are they swastikas or just artwork?

I'm thinking about doing a research project on this. Do you know what the inscription beneath the swasticas read?

No. Swastikas as you are thinking of them face the opposite direction. Hitler changed the direction for a reason. The way they are presented here has nothing to do with KKK or white power or hitler.
