I clean some of the roads in Oildale. I live in Oildale so I want to keep it clean of trash. I have 10 miles of roads in clean. Norris Road is just one of my roads. Today I went down it checking out my road and there I saw a bunch of tires thrown off to the side of the road. I stoped and took pictures of them. There is 25 of them. I will clean them up within the next day or two. This info. is for the North of the River guy. His name is Mark. Thanks hgr/Shadow Rider
