Great House in a Great neighborhood

Location: Rosedale Area, Bakersfield, CA

My husband and I are trying to sell our house so we can move back east and we want to prove that it can be done without a realtor. Our mobile home is 1144 sqft, has 3bds, 2 ba, an open kitchen and a great yard. We live across from a community park and near a community pool. It's a great area, what's not to love!
