This grey whale has been around the Santa Barbara harbor for about a week and a half. Some locals said they think it is the same whale that visited them last year about this time. Pretty amazing to visit the pier and get to watch dolphins and this whale. It was captivating as it came up every 2 minutes, blowing and then arching. Wed., March 11, 2009. Norma Hamm
