The Authors of the nationally acclaimed book Snowpeople will be in Bakersfield on Sunday, March 1st at the Fox Theater. During this day of literacy, Rick and Ryan Zeeb will be on hand to meet young readers, sign limited edition books and read their story, Snowpeople, to the audience. They are the featured authors of this year's Read Across America program for California. Snowpeople is a wonderful children’s story about being different. The Read Across Bakersfield event will begin at 3 PM at the Fox Theater on Sunday March 1st . Tickets are free and available at the Fox Theater and the Bakersfield Elementary Teachers Association.
