I was out taking pictures of the weather and saw a news van taking video of the weather. But low and behold he was on a bridge in the wrong lane. He didn't move for a while and next thing I know a tow truck shows up to help. You would think they would have chains or 4 wheel drive vehicles but NO such luck for this guy!
