Wednesday the 28th of January is my beautiful daughter's big 9th birthday. Her name is Skylar Garcia. I am currenty stationed at Fort Bragg, N.C. and she lives in Bakersfield. Due to the distance and my schedule in the Army, I can not be with her on her big day. I would like to take this opprotunity to tell her happy birthday and that I love her very, very much. Thank you.
