Dec 18, 2008, temperatures plunged in Bear Valley Springs as the weeks storm which dropped as much as 14" pulled out. This morning was very cold but beautiful as we are greeted by clear skies and a hopefully warming sunrise. By midday the temperature had risen to 41 degrees as roadways were finally passable without any travel restrictions in and out of the community.
