Winter Wonderland At Hardly Able Rancho

As the first snow of the season descends on Caliente, we observe the various birds taking refuge in and around our trees. Hawks, Juncos, Hummingbirds, Quail, Dove, Oak Titmice, White Crowned Sparrows, and Towhees search the meadow and hillsides for food and shelter.

'Winter Wonderland' has taken on a new and wonderous meaning this year. Our hills are blanketed in snow. It is delightful!
