Snow befitting the 2008 holiday season blanketed the Hardly Able Rancho near Twin Oaks early this week. Delays were experienced by dove, quail and other frequent flyers using the flight facilities at Hardly Able International Oaks. Adding insult to injury, the Hardly Able Expressway was closed to all traffic to and from Caliente Creek Road.
