Flying low aroung the cotton field in Buttonwillow!! Was it lost? Low on fuel?

Well someone told me they practice there,, but I'll leave the investigacion to the real reporters :)

A month or so ago there was a large low flying plane around bakersfield doing air quality checks. The news made brief mention of it before they went off the air.
