At about 2:16 this afternoon this officer parked his car in the handicapped space at the Quick Mart 951 W Hermosa in Lindsay about 15 minutes later he walked out with a sandwitch in his hand. he did not have his light bar on and he was not on a call This is not the only time we have pictures of city vehicles parked on sidewalks and in handicapped parking areas this City has a total disreguard for State and Federal Laws and care nothing about the disabled who have to put up with them
