Above the Law

At about 2:16 this afternoon this officer parked his car in the handicapped space at the Quick Mart 951 W Hermosa in Lindsay about 15 minutes later he walked out with a sandwitch in his hand. he did not have his light bar on and he was not on a call This is not the only time we have pictures of city vehicles parked on sidewalks and in handicapped parking areas this City has a total disreguard for State and Federal Laws and care nothing about the disabled who have to put up with them

BUT, if YOU were parked there getting a sandwich, would HE be giving you a ticket? My guess is "Yes". Let's see, did I spell everything correctly? Use proper punctuation? How is my grammer and diction?

IN CA YOU HAVE TO HAVE A SIGN POSTED AT 6' ABOVE THE GROUND IN FRONT OF THE HANDICAP SPACE. A BLUE PAINTED LINE OR CURB DOES NOT MAKE A PROPER HANDICAP SPACE. GRANTED IT WAS ETHICLY WRONG OF HIM TO CHOOSE THAT SPOT TO PARK.

What kind of sandwich?

It seems the Sheriffs have time for everything except protecting and serving. I have been a victim/target of Organized Stalking for four long years. Law Enforcement won't help me and no one but other targets believe me. I am a resident of Frazier Pk.

you people are always looking for some thing to complain about.

Very true that this is not a properly marked pasking stall as requited by the Vehicle code. The property owner needs to come into compliance before some bleeding heart liberal sues him for not complying with the federal disabilities act.

Does it really matter how they misspelled a word? your missing the whole point here helloooo IDIOT!!

You're an Idiot! says ... on Friday, Sep 5 at 10:36 PM

This is not a handicapped spot! If you know what is required in California, you'd see there's no placard, no extra-wide "blue" painted space, no signs, etc.... And it's spelled "sandwich." Oh, and use a "period" once-in-a-while to end your sentences.

That is ridiculous. There's empty spots on either side! He had to make a deliberate choice to pull into the handicapped slot!
