STALLION SPRINGS COMMUNITY CENTER
The Stallion Springs Round-Up is a community-wide event, with participation from non-profit organizations as well as for-profit businesses. We plan to have a flee market type venue, a handmade and new items venue, food, drinks, and kid’s court complete with a petting zoo, donkey rescue, face painting, play equipment, etc. Our Kern County Fire Department and our own Stallion Springs Police Department have already committed to being in attendance (if available) with the helicopter, fire truck, police cars and staff. We will have photographers available to take and print pictures of the youngsters (or oldsters) sitting in or posing near the equipment and with the animals. The photos will be available for purchase the same day.
The Stallion Springs Property Owner’s Association is sponsoring this event. We hope to raise approximately $7000 that will be used to purchase needed Police Department equipment and amenities in addition with helping the CSD defray the costs of landscaping and furnishing our new Community Center.
