Car Crashes into Hydrant Causing Flood

Around 5:00 PM on Thursday, October 21st, a driver crashes his vehicle in front of the Denny's Restaurant on Gosford Avenue between White Lane and District Boulevard, breaking off a fire hydrant and causing a fifty foot fountain of water to gush uncontrolled for about 30 minutes. It is unknown whether the driver was injured. The fire department was able to shut off the flow of water while traffic was diverted to a nearby street.

October=February, and Gosford Avenue=Gosford Road. One should CHECK TWICE and SUBMIT ONCE!
