8 am the lights went dim in my home. By 10:00 the power was completely shut off. I called PG&E and was told the problem would be fixed in a timely manner. Received an automated phone call stating there was a blown fuse and the problem wouldn't be fixed until 11:59pm. We are still with out power. The streets are lit up with workers all along it on Mc Cray St and Merle Haggard Rd.
