KERN COUNTY HAS DECIDED THAT HALFWAY TO HOME DOG RESCUE IS NOT NECESSARY
Animal Control DOES NOT WANT dogs eliminating on dirt or barking and playing. Conditional Use Permit is being denied.
HALFWAY TO HOME IS CLOSING
Friends of Halfway To Home are needed to help support us on Thursday, August 25th at 7pm
