No Power At Delano State Prison

My name is Melissa Hamilton. My boyfriend is an inmate at Delano State Prison & is due to come home in late Feb. He is in the D unit. I received a letter from him today letting me know that they have been without power for five days now. Also in his letter he said that they have not made any plans to move them to a safer unit. He stated that there has been no fixing this problem taking place. They are eating in the dark, & doing everything they're allowed to do all without power. No showers for five days now, (they sometimes go for almost two weeks on this).They receive no hot food at all. He also stated that other inmates are also very upset about this situation.
Our household watches CBS/channel 29 often. & I thought that since Delano is in the Kern County district that you would be the one to take this story & hopefully run it.
Also in a previous letter from last week he stated that the entire lower tier was almost a foot under water & they didn't move any of the inmates.
Please help them with this inhuman situation we all would be greatly appreciative.
Granted they are all they for their own reasons & mishaps but still they deserve to have electricity.
I look forward to further contact with your advisors/staff.

hi my name is tina my son said it was a riot on june 12 2011 and that he got stab anf is in the hospital and i still have not heard from no one my son is only 19 i thought a person is not grown until there 21 im so worried for my son please help
