Mr Grinch was in the garage and couldn't go out in the rain because he didn't want to get wet but he really wanted to be outside so that he could be part of Christmas! So Mr. Grinch found a raincoat & an umbrella and now he is able to go outside in the rain and make everyone happy while he sings and dances.
