We run a childcare services and our childcare is closed 2 days in the road, we depend of our income to paid our home, bills and a new computer system the city of Shafter installed 2 days before the rain came , my family depends of my work, my husband is cancer survivor and my daughter 's car I believe have some water damage because she has to go to college Sunday night with our street was full in water, now we can said we have a pool wit gasoline/diesel and anything else there and we can not work is frustrated...
