These pictures were taken by Schnaidt St. in Shafter. There are two reservoirs in this area and they are both full which caused the flood around that area. Many homes are already seeing water inside and many cars are trapped. As of right now, the water seems to be going down. I believe this is so because there was a dozer digging a trench earlier in the nearby park.
