accident at Katterhood street/Shafter Ca

we live Clarence st and we be contact the police/city about a van is more of 13 hours stall in front our home nobody came and around 8 .55 pm a big semi truck pass so fast and hit it smell as gasoline now is 10.06 pm
also in the second picture the police came to "research" how the situation was and the same street name Kattherhood was a truck hit another car was parking at the corner and other more vehicle police in here asking for the insurance and information of the cars to the owners is cold outside and dark
a bulldozer came and bring few bags of sand to my neighbors their houses are with almost water inside but we need to know how long more the city going to pump the water in front us the sewer in the back of us is not full

Today is 7.26 the cars and trucks was remove during the night so the street is kinda clean of cars and I believe the own owner of the van finally came to pick up himself around 7.29 am is foggy and not city workers around :(
