Kelso Valley Road in Weldon was flooding yesterday, then had a flash flood last night, eroding the road at Kelso Creek Road. More flooding occurred around homes at Highway 178 and Kelso Valley Road in Weldon, forcing evacuations. Fields floded in Weldon, and the water drained into the woods then across Fay Ranch Road, eroding away the pavement and keeping dozens of familes from getting in or out.
