is floaded over here in shafter but i dont think the city is not going to do nothing since the have lots of other places they need to fixed.. i got some pictures but i cant uploaded them..

flooded in Shafter too and we receive a note from the city our water bill going to be more expensive :( in case or rain nobody came to a least a warning sign?

its flooding here in shafter too since the morning and the city has been contacted and they havent seemed to get the problem fixed
