Franchise-record 4 Condors named all-stars
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- The Bakersfield Condors landed a franchise record four players in this season's ECHL All-Star Game.

Timo Pielmeier, MacGregor Sharp, Dan Sexton and Eric Regan were selected to represent the club.

Goaltender Timo Pielmeier has 12 wins this season and a goal against average of just 2.86.

Regan is one of the league's highest scoring defensemen. His 19 points rank fifth in the ECHL among defensemen.

Sexton and Sharp are no longer with the club, but they are being recognized for their early season efforts with Bakersfield.

Sharp tallied four goals with Bakersfield, before becoming the first skater in ECHL history to make the jump directly to the NHL. Sharp was called up the the NHL's Anaheim Ducks in November.

Sexton, also with the Ducks, was a scoring machine in a Condors sweater. The right wing scored 13 goals and collected 13 assists in just one month playing in Bakersfield.

The all0star game is scheduled for Jan. 20 at Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario.
