Matadors blank Runners in home finale.
The Cal State baseball team could only muster three hits in a 3-0 loss to Northridge.
Runners starting pitcher Mickey Jannis did his part striking out ten batters, but the offense failed to capitalize on an early scoring opportunity with runners on first and third and no outs.
The loss comes in the final home game for the Runners, who will now close out their season with a three game road trip to the University of Pacific.
