Felon wanted for drugs, stolen vehicle

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- Police are looking for 30-year-old Jose Guadalupe Andrade. He's wanted for stolen vehicle and drug offenses.
Police released Andrade's picture Wednesday to drum up tips on his whereabouts. Police didn't specify how, when or where Andrade allegedly committed his crimes. Andrade has a criminal history dating back to 1997, according to Kern County Superior Court records. He was arrested most recently in January for allegedly using drugs. Andrade is 5-foot-11 and 190 pounds, according to police. Anyone who knows his location is asked to call police at (661) 326-3546. |
