Woman rescued from under LA subway train
LOS ANGELES (AP) — Los Angeles firefighters have rescued a woman who was trapped beneath a subway train in Hollywood.
Circumstances of the Friday morning incident are not immediately clear.
Fire Department spokesman Brian Humphrey says the 40-year-old woman is in serious condition at a hospital.
The incident involved a Metro Red Line train at the Hollywood and Western station.
