A photo released Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2012, by police in Bakersfield, Calif., shows 52-year-old Kenneth Wright, a parolee and registered sex offender who removed his GPS tracking ankle monitor. His whereabouts are unknown. Anyone who can help locate Wright is asked to call police at (661) 327-7111.
