A surveillance photo released Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013, shows a man suspected of identity theft and an illegal wire transfer at a Bakersfield bank in October. Anyone with information on the suspect's name or whereabouts is asked to call Detective Galland at (661) 327-3858.
