BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Some people were left without shelter overnight when their apartment complex caught fire.
The blaze erupted shortly before midnight in the attic at a complex on A Street, between California Avenue and Palm Street.
Firefighters haven't said what started the fire.
The Red Cross was called to help the displaced families.
