BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Police announced the arrest of one of the suspects sought in the shooting of Angel Rios Jr. last week.

Investigators determined that there were two suspects involved in the shooting.

One of the suspects was Kessler Cannon, a white 24-year-old male. Cannon was arrested on various charges, including murder and robbery.

The other suspect, Oscar Rene Quintero Medina, is still on the loose. Medina is described as 28, 6-foot tall and 175 pounds, with short black hair, brown eyes and a large "KC" tattoo on the left side of his head.

Medina considered armed and dangerous, police said.

Police haven't released a motive for the shooting, but they said the suspects are gang related.
