FRESNO, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A former information technology specialist with the Delano Joint Union High School District pleaded guilty Friday to child pornography-related charges.

Lonny Ray Haycock, 31, of Bakersfield, made pornography with a child under age 12 in August 2010, federal prosecutors said. He then transmitted the images to undercover FBI agents in Philadelphia and Sacramento.

He lived with his grandmother in Oildale at the time.

None of the production took place on school grounds or with school equipment, the district said in 2010.

Friday, Haycock pleaded guilty to the sexual exploitation of a minor for producing images of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct, according to the prosecutor's office.

Haycock is set for sentencing in April and faces a maximum of 30 years in prison.
