Code enforcement gets involved in messy squatter situation

I dont understand, how can you publically call Mr. Kimble a "squatter" and a forger? Thats flat out slander, sounds like malice is being committed here. I have heard of several incidences where people have rented a home, signed a lease and moved in only to find out later that they have been victinized by fake "realtors". Why hasnt anyone done something to uncover that story, more and more innocent people are being victimized by this scam every day. Thats where the blame or 'story' lies, sounds like Mr. Kimble is one of those people. And if thats true, him and his family will have some difficulity getting a home now that this report slandered his name. I always thought a person was innocent till proven guilty, but this does not seem the case. Of course this man can't just up and move, unless your rich it takes awhile to gather up first, last and security to move somewhere, especially if he just paid 100's to be able to move into this home. I mean, my heart goes out to this woman who is suppose to be the homes owner, but Mr. Kimble is just as victimized as her. I just dont get the justice here.
