Central Valley's Most Wanted: Phillip Williams

U.S. Marshals, Eastern District of California, Bakersfield Division, is looking for Phillip Williams, a 32-year-old parolee and sex offender.

Williams, who was sentenced to prison and subsequently paroled for possession of a controlled substance, is 5-foot-11 and 190 pounds. He's known to frequent the east Bakersfield area, according to the U.S. Marshals.
