The store, which opened in April, is expanding production space to accommodate more vehicle reconditioning work, the company said Wednesday.
The Virginia-based company, which calls itself the nation's largest retailer of used cars, sought about 50 workers when it opened its 41,800-square-foot store at Panama Lane and Highway 99.
CarMax is seeking applicants for full- and part-time positions. Available positions include ASE certified automotive technicians, experienced painters, reconditioning and inventory associates.
CarMax currently operates 117 used car superstores in 58 markets.
