BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A man was arrested Sunday night for allegedly shooting someone twice with a shotgun during a child custody dispute.

AI Lee Bradley, 25, allegedly retrieved the gun from his apartment at South H Street and Shamrock Way during a fight with 31-year-old Ricky Wofford. Bradley is accused of shooting Wofford once in the lower back before reloading, chasing Wofford down the street and shooting him again, that time in the neck.

Bradley was reportedly armed with the shotgun when police arrived.

Wofford died within the hour at Kern Medical Center.
