Arrest made in alleged Foods Co. robbery, murder

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Police have made an arrest in Sunday night's alleged murder of an elderly woman outside the Foods Co. grocery store on Haley Street.
Police said they were able to identify 26-year-old Maxamillion McDonald as the suspect following the release of a composite to the public through information gathered from an anonymous caller and a second victim from an earlier robbery that went unreported.
McDonald was booked into the Kern County jail on suspicion of murder, two counts of robbery and elder abuse with great bodily injury.
The woman, who died after being robbed of her gold necklace, was identified Monday by coroner's investigators as 71-year-old Guadalupe Ramos, of Shafter.
Investigators said Ramos was approached from behind by the suspect as she left the grocery store. When he ripped the gold chain from her neck, she fell backwards. Ramos was taken by ambulance to Kern Medical Center, where she later died.
throw the book at him
so where is his booking photo?
I would like to know what time this incident occurred as we have shopped at that location before.
What a shame as it is pretty well lit out front and usually has security around.
