Alleged gangster gets 7 years for bar fight
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A reputed gangster was sentenced Thursday to seven years in prison for stabbing a man during a March 2011 fight.
Victor Palomares was involved in a predawn brawl at Maria Bonita restaurant and bar, 10701 Highway 178. In that fight, 20-year-old Essam Hashem was stabbed, 20-year-old Christopher Rodriguez was stabbed and possibly shot, and 21-year-old Andre Onsurez was shot and killed.
The restaurant had hosted a birthday party that night, and police said a partygoer and a patron got embroiled in a pre-existing dispute. They decided to fight after the bar closed.
Palomares was convicted of attempted voluntary manslaughter. Fellow defendant Oscar Martinez was convicted of murder, but his sentencing was postponed a week. Charges against a third man, Jared Caywood, were dismissed.
WOW!! Butcho and Mucho look like chicken-poop without their mother's kitchen knife.
They get to spend seven years or less in prison if they qualify for  the prison realignment program.
But something is better than nothing. Sleep with the maggots you two!! And say hi to  "Mr. Honey Boo-Boo" for me.
