By Associated Press
SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) — Two teenagers have been charged as adults in the fatal stabbing of a 15-year-old San Jose boy outside his home.
Sixteen-year-old Randy Thompson and 15-year-old Jae Williams made their first court appearance Tuesday, but their arraignment on murder charges was postponed until Dec. 2. Thompson and Williams could face life in prison, if convicted. Authorities say Santa Teresa High School sophomore Michael Russell was found by his mother with stab wounds in his San Jose backyard on Nov. 10. Police have released few details about the case. The suspects and victim were classmates. ___ Information from: San Jose Mercury News |
