BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Authorities busted a large residential marijuana-growing operation earlier this week.

Officers raided the alleged operation Tuesday at a home on the 3700 block of Navajo Avenue, not far from Stockdale Highway and Highway 99. The Kern County Sheriff's Office said Thursday that more than 300 pot plants and several pounds of processed marijuana were recovered.
