3 reputed gangsters wanted for drive-by shooting

McFARLAND, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) - Police said Friday that one suspect from a March 1 drive-by shooting has been arrested, but they're still looking for three other suspects, all reputed Earla Norte gang members from Earlimart.

The shooting occurred on a Friday night in the area of Browning Road and B Street in McFarland. Six people, some documented as Myfas gangsters, were shot below the waist, police said. A minivan was reportedly used in the drive-by shooting, and some rounds were fired into a home with several children inside.

Wednesday, reputed Earla Norte gangster Angel Zazueta, 19, was arrested in the Tulare County town of Earlimart. He admitted to having a role in the shooting, McFarland police said.

The remaining suspects are Bryan Valle, Telesforo Ayon and Jose Gomez, all 19. Police released photos of Valle and Ayon and warned the public they should be considered armed and dangerous. A photo of Gomez was unavailable.
