3 alleged gangsters arrested after crash in stolen car

LAMONT, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) - Three reputed gang members were arrested Wednesday night after a pursuit with Kern County deputies.

The deputies tried to make a traffic stop as part of an investigation of a stolen car. The driver, allegedly in the stolen car, didn't stop and led deputies on a chase that reached speeds of 100 mph.

The driver, Victor Flores, also blew through numerous stop signs before eventually crashing into a home on the corner of South Vineland and Mt. View Road, the sheriff's office said.

Flores and two juvenile passengers were arrested, all accused of vehicle theft and gang participation.
