Man killed walking across SW Bakersfield road

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A 68-year-old man was killed Wednesday night while walking across Stine Road north of Harris Road.
Miguel Buenos was outside a crosswalk when he was struck around 7 p.m. He died a short time later at Kern Medical Center.
Police said the driver was cooperative with the investigation.
