Man shot in suspected drive-by
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) -- Police responding to a report of a shooting victim found an adult male in the 1100 block of E. 10th St. just after 1:30 p.m. Monday.
The victim, who was shot multiple times according to police Det. Uriel Pacheco, was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
There were reports that the shots were fired from a pickup. But police couldn't confirm whether it was a drive-by. A green, two-door, pickup truck was possibly connected to the incident police said.
Some local news sites say it's SERGEANT Pacheco, and others, like this one, say it's DETECTIVE Pacheco. Is it really so hard to get it right? Â
