2 Bakersfield police officers hurt in car crash
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Two Bakersfield police officers were hurt in a crash early Tuesday morning in southwest Bakersfield .
The Bakersfield Police Department says the officers were in the same car when they tried to join a pursuit involving a stolen car just after 1 a.m.
While turning onto Stockdale Highway from California Avenue, the car slid and hit the center divider. Both officers were taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
