Its called a Utility Easement!!! Look it up!!! They could have made him move those Trees from DAY 1!!! They don't have to pay ANYTHING, unless the trees were there BEFORE the lines were put in at witch point they would have paid to have them removed!!! Sorry dude, your not going to win this one... The trees will be taken out... Either PAY for the stumps to be removed yourself, or deal with trying to hide them... Be thankful you have a power grid that keeps you cool in the summer and warm in the winter!!! There are worse things in life than a STUMP in your back yard!!!
