Photos: Music festival celebrates Scottish, Irish heritage

The Bakersfield Celtic Music Festival features shopping, Scotch tasting and a concert by the Young Dubliners, a world-touring contemporary Celtic rock band, Friday night, Oct. 5, 2012, at the California State University, Bakersfield Amphitheater. The annual festival continues Saturday with a range of traditional Irish music and Celtic rock.
