BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Kern County business and agriculture leaders gathered Tuesday at the Greater Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce to speak against AB 880, the "Medi-Cal program costs: large employer responsibility" bill working its way through the statehouse.
