Bakersfield Police tell Eyewitness News just before 11 this morning officers arrested 19 year old Gregory Aguilar of Bakersfield.
This is the second arrest in connection with the murder of David Timberlake who was found shot to death around 3 am in the morning in an alley behind some apartments in the 300 block of H Street last Thursday.
On Saturday a 16 year old woman from Bakersfield was arrested at a house in Los Angeles. Police are still looking for a third suspect.
He is identified as 19 year old Thomas Vasquez described at 6' tall, 185 lbs and has a tattoo of L.A. on his right cheek and is considered armed and dangerous.
